| We have been remodeling the townhouse. We will provide photos as each room is completed. We have the new floors in on the main level and in the master bedroom, but the kitchen and walls need finishing touches. Then on to the remodeling of the bathrooms and completing the dog den. And finally off to the exterior. |

Master Bath
What we did:
a) Replaced toilet with elongated, high seat, water saver
toilet
b) Updated the lighting & vent fixtures
c) Added a light over the shower
d) Took out the single cabinet drawer and added an open
shelf for storage
e) Updated all the faucets and spouts with water savers
f) Added a glass tile backsplash to the shower, counters,
and tub
g) Replaced the sink with travertine and vessel sinks
