| The Future of Lanier Home. My office is in Gainesville so the townhouse is convenient. If the meltdown of the economy continues and we are unsucessful in locating a buyer or a renter we will be returning weekdays to the townhouse. Think of the gas savings. Our five year plan is to cover and screen in the rear deck. We hope to add Corian countertops to the kitchen and Dupont tile to the entire first floor. A little remodeling to the garage basement and the dogs will have a comfortable home away from home. Some more remodeling for the downstairs 1/2 bath and on to the Master Bath. Some fresh touches of wallpaper and paint in the kitchen. Add an electric fireplace in the living room. Then on to a 26"-32" LCD TV to mount over the fireplace. While we're at it let's see if we can wire the sound into the sound system already pre-wired with the alarm system. Don't forget those ceiling fans for the two spare bedrooms. Now this makes for a nice, spacious, and upgraded townhouse. Now if I can only get Daddy John to come too. |
